Stephen Sebastian is a Client Partner with
LeaderSource, A Korn/Ferry Company, based in the firm’s Minneapolis office. He brings over 15 years’ experience in developing highly effective leaders and teams. As an executive coach, Mr. Sebastian focuses on interpersonal mastery, career mastery, and team effectiveness. He has worked extensively with individuals and companies who are committed to building and retaining the leadership strength of their organizations. As a result of developing thousands of leaders from various countries and Fortune 500 companies, he brings clients a compelling blend of practical and theoretical knowledge, applied in areas of improving communication, accountability, and alignment within their organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sebastian was a Principal Learning Consultant for one of the largest global insurance and financial services companies. He also founded and directed an independent coaching, consulting and leadership development company.

Mr. Sebastian is committed to community involvement and works with men on life issues, helping them to develop greater authenticity, integration, and congruence in their lives. Mr. Sebastian holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Roosevelt University. He also received formal Coaches’ Training and is certified as an Integral Coach through the New Ventures West Professional Coaching Program.
