Message from Kevin Cashman, Founder and President

Expansion is the word at LeaderSource: expanded assessments, expanded coaching and development offerings, expanded space, expanding our talent… This expansion is fueled by one thing- embracing the “Art and Science of Talent”- blending the time-tested, qualitative excellence of coaching, team effectiveness and leadership development with quantitative, research-based tools and processes.

Expansion is an opportunity to stretch and grow our dynamic offerings while maintaining best practices. Even with our fresh new look and feel, we are the same robust organization, committed to providing transformative services that meet the unique challenges of leaders, teams and organizations.

As stewards of The Art and Science of Talent, we are:

  • Launching multiple global program initiatives—in partnership with 200+ experienced and innovative professional coaches and consultants—that combine all our services to attract the best talent; assess, develop and retain key leaders; and plan for senior talent succession. The reach of our leadership programs continues to expand in Europe, Asia, and South America.
  • Training coaches and consultants worldwide into our offerings including our flagship program, Executive to Leader Institute®, as well as our new global development and coaching process that integrates the best of “inside-out” growth with the best of “outside-in” development.
  • Leveraging our research-based offerings while deepening the ways we work with you, including:

    LeadersOnBoard™ - a process focused on the integration of new senior level executives to accelerate the productivity curve, increase employee engagement, and reduce turnover.

    Team Architect®- a robust and comprehensive development process for optimizing senior and high performing teams—utilizing validated assessments, tools, and processes.

    Strategic Effectiveness Architect- which helps organizations define and align strategic goals for organization and team effectiveness.

  • Adding new talent to our team. Over the past year, LeaderSource has added: Dina Rauker, a major contributor to our senior level coaching and development; Stephen Sebastian, an important contributor to training of coaches globally and a senior level coach; Lisa Franek, an Associate focused on company integration efforts in areas of business development, marketing, and service delivery; Kate Smith and Erin Olson, as Program Managers, and Holly Erickson as Executive Assistant.
