Kevin Cashman is Founder and President of LeaderSource, an international leadership development, executive coaching and team effectiveness consultancy. In 2006, LeaderSource, Korn/Ferry International, and Lominger International merged to form the premier talent management firm globally with 70 offices spanning 40 countries.
Katie
Cooney is an executive coach, writer, and facilitator with over 19 years’ experience at LeaderSource. She is a visible and active professional with a background
in business development, publishing, and communications. As a coach and facilitator, Katie has a special interest in helping her clients attain
a centered sense of purpose that is fully expressed within the organizational context. She works by listening and seeing deeply, observing the client’s
patterns and processes, and helping the client restore choice to action. Katie is a published writer and a key contributor to the development of
LeaderSource’s programs and communications. She is a senior associate with Korn/Ferry.
Pat Costello has over 15 years’ experience developing highly effective
teams and leaders. Prior to joining LeaderSource, he led the team development
practice for a management consulting firm known for its expertise in strategic
planning and team development. Pat specializes in designing and delivering
innovative and creative experiences for even the most challenging executive teams,
and has worked with Fortune 500 and global companies in Europe, the UK, South
America, Asia, and the U.S. Pat is widely experienced in group dynamics,
interpersonal communication, and experiential learning, and has led learning
expeditions to Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Mt. Everest Base Camp in Nepal, the
South Island of New Zealand, and Patagonia, among other locations. At
LeaderSource, he is a key contributor to the design and delivery of group programs
for executive team development as well as an executive coach focused on personal
effectiveness and interpersonal communication. Pat is a senior associate with
Korn/Ferry.
Joe Eastman brings extensive diversified experience in P&L management, human resources leadership, executive coaching, and consulting to his work at LeaderSource. Joe is a former human resources executive, independent HR consultant, and leader of a successful service organization. His deep and diverse career began with leadership roles in HR management with the state of Minnesota. With both line and staff experience at E.F. Johnson and Center Point Energy (then Minnegasco), Joe has gained a blended perspective on organizational needs. He has been a consultant with LeaderSource for over 11 years. He approaches his coaching from a place of deep attention to the executive’s current reality, and is focused on helping clients to align purpose and relationship. He
serves on the Board of a privately held Minneapolis-based manufacturing company. Joe led the development of LeaderSource’s LifePlan InstituteSM program for post-career planning. A thoughtful, accomplished essayist, Joe has a deep interest in purpose, legacy, and reflective, values-based leadership. Joe is a senior associate with Korn/Ferry.
Janet
Feldman is an executive coach, Licensed Psychologist and former Certified Public Accountant who brings insight, clarity and wisdom to complex leadership issues. With more than 25 years’ experience advising senior executives, Janet balances a deep individual perspective with a broad knowledge of business issues. As an executive coach, she is skilled at helping both individuals and organizations get to the heart of the matter and thus focus on meaningful value creation, impact, and return on investment for all parties. An infinitely curious student of human nature, Janet is also an experienced speaker, facilitator, and thought leader. She is a major contributor to the development of LeaderSource programs including NewLeaderSM, LifePlan InstituteSM, LeaderSuccessionSM, and Self-Managed CareerSM. Janet has most recently been involved in the creation of processes for building the leadership pipeline, encompassing succession planning, talent review, mentoring, and leadership development.

Dee
Gaeddert is an accomplished business leader, consultant, and
psychologist who is focused on building effective customer and interpersonal
relationships. She is the former president and co-founder of QI International, a
consulting firm dedicated to improving the way organizations manage business
relationships with customers, employees, and other stakeholders, and is also a
recent practice leader with Personnel Decisions International. As a coach, Dee
works to give leaders the tools and understanding to create healthy, successful
organizations. She understands the value of direct, respectful organizational
communication; she sees what is possible, and helps individuals move beyond
what they know about themselves and others to achieve new clarity in their
relationships. Dee is an experienced speaker and facilitator, and is active in
community and professional organizations. Dee serves on LeaderSource’s
management team and leads its business development and operations functions.

As a former sales and marketing executive,
marketer, and product manager whose experience encompasses Datacard,
Datamax, Travelers Express, Young America, and Control Data, Renée Garpestad
has an outstanding record as an organizational leader. Building on her deep
experience in sales, marketing, and business development, she works creatively
with LeaderSource’s client organizations to meet their needs in the areas of
executive coaching, leadership team development, succession planning, and
executive transition. As a former executive, she understands that the heart of
leadership is leading change and that organizational change requires personal
change on the part of the leader. Renée helps organizations to understand what is
possible in their leadership and organizational development efforts and to move
courageously toward that possibility. An accomplished speaker, teacher, and writer,
Renée plays a central role in LeaderSource’s business development activities and
product development initiatives. She is a client partner with Korn/Ferry.
Mike Howe is a successful, experienced executive, and is known as a
trusted, insightful, and ethical thought leader. He joined LeaderSource from Allina
Health System, where he served most recently as EVP — Human Resources and
Chief Administrative Officer. Mike has extensive board experience and is highly
visible in several professional and community organizations. His coaching at
LeaderSource emphasizes Career/Purpose and Interpersonal Mastery, where he
helps executives think deeply about how they comport themselves in their various
roles and more fully develop their leadership styles.
Bill McCarthy has over 10 years’ experience with LeaderSource as an
executive coach, facilitator, and organizational consultant. As a coach, Bill works
with executives who are effective at getting results, but sometimes less effective in
the way they manage relationships. He helps individuals understand the impact of
their belief systems and become better at engaging in constructive communication.
As a facilitator, he is adept at helping executive teams build trust and accountability
as they chart strategic direction for the team and the organization. He is particularly
experienced in working with teams and organizations that wish to build a culture
of innovation. Bill is a member of the LeaderSource management team and has led
the development of LeaderSynergy,® a team effectiveness program. Bill is a former
teacher and leader of an award-winning communications company; a collection of
his poetry was published in 2006 as part of the University of North Texas series,
Contemporary Poets Reading. Bill is a client partner with Korn/Ferry.
Dina Rauker, Psy.D., L.P. is a Client Partner with LeaderSource, A Korn/Ferry Company, based in the firm’s Minneapolis office. She is an executive coach and licensed psychologist who has over ten years’ consulting experience in management and executive coaching, as well as personnel assessment and selection, team effectiveness, and organizational development.
Stephen Sebastian is a Client Partner with LeaderSource, A Korn/Ferry Company, based in the firm’s Minneapolis office. He brings over 15 years’ experience in developing highly effective leaders and teams. As an executive coach, Mr. Sebastian focuses on interpersonal mastery, career mastery, and team effectiveness. He has worked extensively with individuals and companies who are committed to building and retaining the leadership strength of their organizations.
Anne
Tessien has over 16 years’ experience as an executive and
organizational coach and consultant, both with LeaderSource and with health and
wellness organizations. Her background includes work in wellness program
development, management, and marketing. As a coach, Anne is exceptionally able
to help clients design and implement practices to make change in their personal
lives and interpersonal relationships. She most enjoys working with executives who
are engaged in changing their lives, and sees coaching as a guided process that
helps clients develop greater competence, comfort, and clarity in all domains. In
addition to her individual coaching work, Anne is an accomplished facilitator who
has worked with executive teams in the US and Europe. Anne is the developer and
a frequent presenter of the LeaderSource program “Sustaining Resilience.” She is a
